Q. When will I receive my order?
A. You may expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed.

Q. How do you ship?
A. We will ship your order via UPS Ground unless you call and request a different type of delivery.

Q. If I order today, when will my credit card be charged for the purchase?
A. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipping your order.

Q. If I pay with my credit card, will I receive a receipt?
A. If you provided an email address when you placed your order, you will receive a Credit Card Receipt via email, and if you didn't include your email address with your order, the receipt will be sent to you by regular mail.

Q. Can an order be placed with a Purchase Order or paid in advance by check?
A. We accept Purchase Orders from government agencies and educational institutions. They can be faxed to us at 866.415.7596. Orders may also be pre-paid by check. Please give us a call and we will prepare and mail an invoice to you with the amount due and payment information.

Q. Where can I learn more about the CD program?
A. You can view an on-line three-minute information video directed primarily to home builders for either dial-up or high-speed connections. And please feel free to call us directly at 952.942.5754 to ask any other questions you may have.

Q. Will a Builder's Guide be included with my package?
A. If you ordered a complete package that included a Builder's Guide, your Builder's Guide will be shipped with the Building Better Homes program.

Q. How does the “30 - Day Satisfaction Guarantee” work?
A. If you are not satisfied with the Building Better Homes™ program for any reason, you may return it to us postage-prepaid within 30 days of the date you received it. After confirming that the program was returned to us in original condition with all contents intact, your credit card will be credited or a refund check will be issued for the amount you paid less the initial shipping and handling charge, depending on the manner originally paid. Prior to returning the program, you must first call and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We also recommend insuring your return in case the program is damaged or lost in shipment. Incomplete or damaged returns will not receive full credit.

Q. Is there a product warranty?
A. Yes, there is a 30-day exchange warranty in the event any of your CD's are defective.

Q. Is product support provided with the CD program?
A. Yes, Building Knowledge Products Group provides 90-days of free software support to assist users in the proper installation and operation of the program.

Q. Can I copy the program to my harddrive or make backup copies?
A. This program runs from the CDs and each of the discs are copy-protected. The Software License Agreement does not allow duplication of the program in any format. To review a copy of the Software License Agreement, click here.

A. We respect your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for narrowly defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you.
